What can you say about “The Edge of Madness”?

It’s an attitude put forth by five seasoned musicians from Central Florida dedicated to the craft. The Logo and theme say’s it best, four Aces and a Joker, five of a kind. In poker that’s the best hand you can get and with these cards you can’t lose.

Glenn Dell (lead vocal and rhythm guitar) with his duo “Double Edge” was a staple of the local private club circuit playing classic dance music through the eighties and nineties.

Bill Pelick (lead guitar and vocals) grew up in Eustis and Jacksonville, honing his almost encyclopedia like knowledge of music along the way with the influence of local groups like Tom Petty, 38 Special, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Molly Hatchet.

Ed Palmer (vocals and harmonica) A graduate of Winter Park High School and Proud Marine Veteran, grew up in a musical family where his father was a lifelong professional musician, playing trombone for the Navy band, Rosie O’Grady’s, Disney, and Shakey’s Pizza Parlor, an Orlando Icon. Ed inherited a love and ability to play beautiful melodies on the harp as well as rockin’ blues harp.

Harley Smith (drums) a transplant from Maine is the “kid” but still has a solid pedigree including a music degree, and several successful solo ventures.

Rounding out the lineup, Jimmy Smith (bass and vocals) is a fixture in the local music scene providing that “Solid Bottom” for numerous local groups such as The Bone Brothers, The Usual Suspects, and The Neon Rockits.
