In today’s turbulent real estate market, one of the most important questions you must ask yourself when deciding on a rental home is "Who is my landlord?" Is it an individual who is doing it themselves to save money, someone whose actions are not guided by the Georgia Real Estate Commission?   1. Our office hours are 8 AM -- 5 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding normal holidays.
  2. All of our properties are ready when you move in.  We use insured, professional contractors to ensure that your unit is in good condition.  We inspect the work performed to ensure that everything is move-in ready before you move in.
  3. All the maintenance contractors sent to your home are insured professionals who must meet strict standards.  We have long standing relationships with all of our contractors, we know them and we know the quality of their work.
  4. We provide you with repair request forms, through our web site or via fax, to ensure that we receive your request in a timely manner.
  5. We provide a 24 hour emergency hot line, to handle after hours emergencies.
  6. We conduct detailed Move-in and Move-out inspections, using a five-page inspection form to properly document the condition of the property.
  7. All deposits that are retained by us are kept in a FDIC insured bank, and handled according to the strict standards set forth by Georgia Landlord Tenant Law.
  8. We make paying your rent easy, from providing automatic Direct Debit, and a online credit card payment option.
  9. When you sign your lease, you have a meeting with a leasing agent to go over all parts of the lease to help ensure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities under the lease.
  10. All of our employees that handle leasing activities are licensed real estate agents with the Georgia Real Estate Commission. We are members of the Georgia Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
