The property we like is available now, but we cannot move for two months. Can you hold it for two months with a deposit?
No. Typically we can hold a house for two or three weeks with a deposit. In some instances the owner will authorize us to hold it for a little longer.

What do you look for when screening a rental applicant?
Please refer to the application page.

What if we have credit issues?
Credit is not the most important factor in determining who qualifies. We look at several different factors. In some cases, we will accept a larger than normal security deposit if you have serious credit issues.

How much do you require for a security deposit?
Typically we ask for an amount equal to one months rent. For small pets we ask for $250 per animal. If larger animals are allowed, we ask for considerably more.

Will the owner consider pets even though the ad says no pets?
At the time of submitting an application, you may request any exception that you want the owner to consider. Sometimes, but not always, an owner may reconsider their requirements after reviewing your pet's history, getting a picture of the animal and paying at least a $250 pet deposit.
