Since getting into property management in 1995 John Haas has had one focus, getting results. Because of this single-minded approach, our company has consistently maintained high occupancy and retention rates, placing only highly qualified tenants and keeping them.

We are recognized throughout the local real estate industry for the superior service we offer to both owners and residents. Our reputation has been built on solid ethics, hard work and the bottom line - results. We get homes rented and we keep them rented. We do it right and we do it right now. As a result our company has experienced steady growth and today our management portfolio includes nearly $30 million in managed assets.

We are very active in the local real estate industry fostering strong ties with local brokers through our involvement with the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) the Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
