Our
management and accounting backgrounds allow us to maneuver through
accounting issues with ease. Our timely statements each month provide
you with accurate records of every income and expense that affects your
property. Reports and disbursements are mailed prior to the tenth of the
month. Our year-end statements and 1099 forms simplify the job of tax
preparation for you and your accountant.
An owner reserve account will be established to cover
minor emergencies at the property. These and all other funds are
maintained in a trust account at a qualified banking institution as
provided for by Georgia Real Estate Commission Guidelines. If you wish,
we can deposit your check directly into your account, make mortgage
payments for you, pay association dues, and/or make any other payments
you desire. |
