The
tenant is responsible for the rent for the term of the lease. If a
tenant chooses to leave prior to the termination date, they must give
30-day written notice, pay all monies due through the termination date,
and pay a sum equal to two month’s rent as liquidated damages. In most
cases we will have a new tenant before the end of thirty days, and the
owner will have no interruption in cash flow. |
